So, wake up before the day breaks, make your bed, do some #exercises to boost your health: 10mins of push-ups, sit-ups, leg-ups, and jump-ups exercises will put sparks into your #brain, #strength in your #heart, and a spring in your steps, and you’ll be stirred up to work better, and live stronger than you did yesterday.
Also, pray before the day breaks, declare #PositiveAffirmations over yourself with the words of God, say out loud: “I #love God, I like myself, I love my #work, and I’m going to be the #best at what I do!”
