Margo did not know what to stand for or what her message was at a young age. 1. Find out what matters to you. 2. How? Learn, read, consume information from people much wiser, aka books. Understand no work is truly finished, you have to part at some point 1. Life is not perfect, you must learn to accept things and compromise You can get lost in the sauce and make it out. 1. Cliche, but don't let your failures define you.   Being real/honest works for some people, and can empower you.  Process  * Ideation/Inspiration - What moves her, what's the message. * Research - Any direct or peripheral information regarding subject * Sketching/Working Intermittently - Sketching and drafting * Revise Drafts/Sketches - What are the common threads, what is the story here? * Flesh out work - Complete work  * Iteration - Revise and edit until completed. Action Items * Ask yourself artistically why and what you are trying to say * Make something every day, ABC always be creating * Be honest and direct about what you feel. Do it nicely; it will empower you.

People who consume and buy creative work think they know how work is done. When you get hired as a creative your a work horse Action Items * Write down or define why your started making things originally and learn about your original passion. Was it self medication, expression? Both? Or something else? * Be bold in your creativity, especially if you are young, take risks, works for free sometimes(if its something you believe in)
