Beschrijving

In this episode, I sat down with Mrs. Scott-Richmond, the Director of the Office of Racial and Ethnic Relations, and the Ensemble Director for the Evangelistic Singers.  She spoke about how the office was formed amid the George Floyd protests and how God called her out of retirement to push for change and growth. She suggests ways to promote racial justice and advocacy in your community, whether that be through Lee events or various service groups in different organizations.  If you want to contact Mrs. Scott-Richmond for more information, her email is grichmond@leeuniversity.edu or you can visit the Lee University website [https://www.leeuniversity.edu/ethnic-relations/#:~:text=The%20Office%20of%20Racial%20and,is%20created%20in%20God's%20image.] for more information. She expressed her desire to continue this conversation and is willing to help educate others in any way she can.
