Belle Gunness: The Black Widow of the West

To most of the world, her story starts on April 28th, 1908 in La Porte, Indiana on an Indiana farm, owned by a widow, Belle Gunness, which was burned down and completely destroyed. The mystery started when four bodies were found in the remains. There were three children and the body of a headless woman. This woman was thought to be Belle Gunness, who was 48, and her three children, Myrtle, Lucy, and Phillip who were 11, 9, and 5 years of age. This caused a further investigation that started a media frenzy on Lady Bluebeard, with the greed of Mammon and the Heart of Satan.
