The duo discusses topics ranging from Whelan's move from California to Staten Island and his band back home all the way to his expectations for himself and the team entering the season. Next, Nick Durst of CSI TV catches up with the rest of the team as they brave the cold rainy weather to get their final practice reps in ahead of Saturday's season-opening meet.

Host Joe Foreman is joined by Nicholas Bivona of CSI Sportsnet as the duo participates in the students vs faculty/staff basketball game. After a look at the latest offering from CSI Intramurals, the pair looks ahead to a packed weekend of CSI Athletics. First, Nick Durst of CSI Today is joined by Amber Abusbeih and Jenalyse Alarcon who both recently reached 1,000 career points. Durst is then joined by Emily Albano of Women's Soccer and both Anthony Attenborough and Jordan Swanson of CSI Swimming & Diving. Finally, Foreman and Bivona wrap up the show setting the stage for this weekend's CSI Invite and a CSI Basketball doubleheader, all live on the ECC Network.

Host Joseph Foreman is joined for the second time this season by Cross-Country / Track & Field Head Coach Akil St. Louis to discuss his first full season as Head Coach and his outlook for the future of the program.

In the final episode of The Dolphin Pod during the 2023-2024 season, the CSI Sportsnet crew takes to the diamond for the Students vs Faculty / Staff Softball game. Undefeated in over 10 years of the game's history, the staff looks to maintain their perfect record as the students go for their first-ever win in the event. Following the game, the crew signs off for one final time as they break for the summer.
