On this episode I will be discussing the three different options you have on where you can delivery you baby. Whether it is at Your Home, a Birth Center, or The Hospital. Not many people know they have more than one option and I am here to let you know the difference between all three. I go through some pros and cons, I give you questions you can ask you providers and some details on what to expect.

A Doula’s Birth Story

On this episode I share my birth story. My baby girl is now 6 months old and I have processed her birth, sat on it, and realized how truly amazing it was to not share it. Being a Doula was helpful even if I couldn’t Doula myself during labor. I had the best support system, the best providers, and the best baby at the end of it all.
