@shane_meade and @stephanieerae90 debut the TGP Network brands newest show, Gentleman and a Lady Podcast with an episode talking self care.   First in studio podcast since pre-pandemic times and we run into some audio errors with our board.  This WILL be cleaned up by the next episode. In this episode Shane and Steph talk self care in terms of the physical, emotional and mental meanings to each of them.  What works, what doesn't and what we may recommend trying as a result of our experiences.   We will be back with another episode on May 15th, with more to come on the 1st and 15th of every month.
