How can we show up in life are the people we care about, and not feel personally sad all the time when they go about pursuing their own lives and their own places and in their own ways. This is a great trick and a great gift we can give each other if we embrace the chance to support one another

The epidemic of rudeness and people living a misguided win/lose absolute.

“Gimme a” and the epidemic of treating people poorly. Why is it people often treat each other as if even a small amount of courtesy means they are subjugating their goals in the favor of another? It’s not that linear A win/lose, yet people treat each other so poorly as they go about their day. Where is their great heart? How can we help educate people so leading their great hearts simply makes their interactions more productive and courteous and, ultimately, helps all of us live in a better world. Together.

Quitting ? When you start saying no to less than you deserve, is it quitting?

You’re a quitter...... at least I hope you are. Saying “enough” to situations, people, jobs, and old choices is a critical component to moving forward to live your life with your great heart leading.

Expectations vs. Intentions and how we have the choice to influence our everyday

Often times, how we approach situation will play heavily into how we experience that situation. Set expectations for a time, place, person, event, or many other things will often lead to a great influence over how we experienced those moments in our life. For me, yesterday was such an example. I set out to Manhattan and had intentions for a beautiful day while also subjugating my own experience by expecting a stressful, noisy, crowded, and otherwise annoying NYC experience. And guess what? I found it for sure. We all have the opportunity to influence our reality by our mindset and what expectations we put forward for our days. I will take yesterday as a learning experience to focus on my great heart first and let that guide my experience every day.
