In this episode we’ll be talking about slash and burn farming and how it has contributed to an environmental and health hazard that’s been affecting several districts in Belize.  We’ll talk about this farming method’s place in our history and its future possibilities.  We’ll also be talking about the quick response by the government, and how it has had an unintended effect on the livelihoods of some Belizeans.
