Welcome back! This week we're talking stress. I have been feeling very overwhelmed lately and I know I'm not alone in that. Stress and overwhelm are major barriers to accomplishing our goals, but do we actually kind of crave it...? Too many people are in fight or flight too often and this amount of stress can be addictive when exposed so often. Just like adrenaline junkies America has turned into a nation of cortisol junkies due to its over prioritization of work. So how can we deal with our stress and overwhelm and ween ourselves off this hormone? I discuss all the methods I've found in this weeks episode and share my own experiences.
