By definition a recession comes from having 2 negative quarters of GDP. (GDP measures how much money is being spent per household, government spending, imports & exports from the U.S & other countries.)

Recently from news going on with Russia invading Ukraine, I came across an episode clip from The Simpsons that detailed real life events happening in the world now that was similar to what was taking place in the episode. Russia and Ukraine was only one example, from Trump becoming president, Richard Branson going to space and so many more real life events occurring that took place in the show, I go into detail of why paying attention to the show is very important going forward!
