Heyyy!!! Welcome back to yet another episode of MWGT. I'm so excited to be back, I know it's been a minute since I last posted but I am back! Today's episode goes into a recap of my life and how to regulate your nervous system. This has become such a popular topic online, and I've been seeing a LOT of content on this. So, I thought I'd take a deeper look into it and publish an episode on it. I talk about the science behind being stuck in fight-or-flight and how to regulate your nervous system. I share my own experiences and share some steps to help regulate your bodies. I'm so glad to be back and I apologize for the big gap in posting. Life got VERY busy with the last couple months of school but now that it's summer, we are back and here to stay!
