Harry Moser leads the Reshoring Initiative, a non-profit with the goal of bringing as many jobs back to the US as possible. With record reshoring numbers posted in 2017, it would seem the Trump administration’s tariffs would help make 2018 and 2019 even better for the “maker-to-user” movement (characterized by local sourcing leading to a host of economic and environmental benefits, like farm-to-table) — or would it?
