If you have ever began a project or started toward a goal, you know there is a big difference between how enthusiastic you feel at the start and how you feel actually doing the steps in the middle. Idk about you, but more than half of the days I spend taking the steps I feel like its pointless, useless and they don't matter. I "feel" like i'm not making progress. Today, I am sharing a personal experience of the time I went from Fat to Fit on 75hard and how I learned that how you feel doesn't matter at all -- all that matters is you keep stepping. How many times have you had something to say and stopped yourself because you weren't sure it was your place? How many times have you clipped your own wings because you're not sure you're "qualified?" How many times do you find yourself shying away from opportunities to shine because you don't feel confident enough? If you're like a lot of people, it's a lot.
