The Inner Fight Being honest about the fact that you gotta unlearn some thangs. * Challenge the "Default Male" mindset: Consciously work to deconstruct assumptions that male experiences, opinions, or expertise are the default. Actively elevate and support female leaders, colleagues, and creators. * * Share the mental and physical load of house shit, emotional labor, and household chores are split equitably. Do not expect praise for completing basic, everyday tasks but appreciate it. * * Hold other men accountable: Challenge misogynistic language, "locker-room talk," or sexist jokes when you hear them among peers. Even simple interventions, like asking "What do you mean by that?", can disrupt harmful narratives. * * Deconstruct gender roles: Reflect on how societal conditioning dictates how you treat people.
