The Top Constipation Mistakes I See in My Practice
Most people don't realize they're making these critical mistakes when it comes to navigating their constipation. And without knowing you're making these mistakes, you could be keeping yourself in a constipation cycle. Because after all, it is a cycle. Constipation --> methane released --> methane causes bloating --> methane also causes more constipation --> reactions to high fibre foods --> avoidance of high fibre foods --> worsening dysbiosis --> more constipation...
