I think a lot of us - especially if you're a person of faith - have been taught to endure, to stay, to be faithful no matter what. To be the light in dark places. And there's truth in that. But what happens when the place you're in isn't just difficult, it's unhealthy? When it starts affecting your clarity, your peace, your physical health, even your sense of who you are? In this episode we want to talk about something that I think a lot of people are silently walking through: how to discern whether you should stay in a toxic work environment... or whether it's actually time to walk away. I've lived through a season like this - thankfully I’m out of that - and on the other side, there were clear patterns. So I want to talk about the patterns, the lessons, and the things I wish I understood earlier.
