"God does not build ladders going nowhere"  and this perhaps is the reason why even convoluted 2020 needed to make some sense... The storytellers of the Ring of Turquoise gathered around the zoom's campfire to reflect upon the passing year,  and to find some elevating views about it. Join us for this 2020 special episode. Thank you, Aud Wilken, part of our storytelling group, for the ladder song at the start and end. The Benefits of Saying No

Part of the art of living is learning how and when to say yes and learning how and when to say no. Sounds simple, right? Perhaps it is. And yet, especially in a complex world,  saying ‘no’ can be a real challenge for many of us. In this podcast we’re offered a glimpse in the kitchen of practical wisdom of saying no. One lady tells how saying no to mental criticism made her arguably more fit than many an athlete. Another lady shares how her son learned to say no to certain types of food and then saw his creativity jump like a run of salmon. And sometimes, a gentleman intimates, saying no means not leaving a party of drunkards, so that the lady-host does not have to clean up all by herself. Just imagine how the benefits of listening to the stories in this podcast will help you create more space for what it is you really want in your own life... As to an idea for a graphic imagery, this turned up in me, suggestion only:)): A circle made of many 'no' words enclosing the word yes.
