Returning to a State of Bliss

Joining me this week is Kate Hazlitt, a Naturopathic Doctor who helps women who are disconnected to return to a state of bliss. In this episode, we talk about connecting to our authentic self. Looking at our body, mind and spirit connection to see where we are out of alignment, and the clues our body is trying to give us using compassion inquiry. We talk about reacting to our lives versus responding to our lives - and recognizing that we have a choice in how we show up. We look at Witness Consciousness, as the ability to step back and see from a birds' eye view to gain perspective on what is really going on. We also look at attachment, and inner programming that is no longer serving us or perhaps not even ours. And we dive into how the ego and Imposter Syndrome shows up for us both, and what we do when that happens. This offers so much insight into the inner workings of self.
