She said that she feels there’s a gap between who she is now and who she knows she can be. And I think so many of us know that feeling. In this episode I explore the difference between moving through life from a place of not good enough, and the altogether different journey of stepping into the totality of who you are. They can look the same from the outside, but they feel very different. ‘Not good enough’ exhausts us, while stepping into our totality allows us to feel energised.
