A prayer for when you feel lost or disconnected

This was a voice note I sent to my best friend. The intention was to help her remember who she was in a moment of feeling disconnected from source, from her spirit and soul. We've all been here. When we feel lost, low, like we don't know where to turn or what to do. So we sit together and pray. We call in our Spirit team and as ask for a gentle re-alignment.
