#12 - Dr. Frances Pitsilis - Heath and Wellbeing

Dr Frances Pitsilis is New Zealand's “doctor of good health” and has been on television and radio for several years, including the TV show “Is Modern Medicine Killing you?” - Where she helped patients with chronic illnesses, recover using traditional medical and natural therapies. Frances has extensive experience in how stress can effect our health, and has training in Occupational Medicine nutrition, bioidentical hormones (hormonal imbalances) and natural therapies, She is expert in the fields of anti-ageing, Integrative, Preventative and Regenerative medicine and is an international conference speaker in these any may other areas. All of these areas practiced together are what’s called Integrative medicine – The use of anything that has evidence, whether it is a drug or a natural therapy to support people’s health and well-being. In this episode I speak with Frances about her practice, the ways in which our lifestyles are negatively affecting our health and her professional goal to eventually see no chronic illness in New Zealand.
