This week I had a special guest on the podcast Vic Gigliotti who is the founder and CEO (alongside Charlie Brown 🐕). We had a great conversation about his journey through fitness and the carryover into his personal and business growth. How he started and built Muscle Republic to where it is now and a sneak peak into the future direction. His journey as a founder, different stages of business and his own personal growth. Great listen for anyone on a personal growth journey, Thanks Vic! ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy [https://acast.com/privacy] for more information.

Do this and add 10% to your squat - EP | 87

Todays podcast is all about squatting. Its an exercise that is very easy to master with the right processes in place. So if you are struggling keep it simple and do these 3 things very well. 1 - You cannot outwork a bad position, technique and how you maintain your position is everything. You need a repeatable process every time you squat. 2 - Get enough exposure throughout the week. You do not need to squat 3 - 4 times but I would suggest squatting 2 x per week if you are still learning the skill. 3 - Build some muscle mass, its not all about leveraging the best position, mass moves mass. So train specifically to build. Do these 3 things and watch your squat numbers improve by 10%. You are welcome! ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast.
