Our host Daniel Orenge, popularly known as D_man is a recovered alcoholic with 3 years in the bag. Daniel is a Voice Over Artist, a public speaker coach and wellness coach. A fitness enthusiast, he is also a Christian counselor and mentor to many. At home, he is a loving husband and father of four boys and a girl. D_man is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. Interviewing him is The True Addiction Podcast's Technical Producer Doris Onyango.

Bernard Mwangi Karungaru has worked in the mental health space especially the entire spectrum of addictions prevention, treatment and aftercare for the last 19 years. He also is a Mental Health advocate, a Trauma Healing Facilitator, Addictions Recovery specialist, Interventionist, Treasurer and Board Member of Addictions Prevention & Rehabilitation Association of Kenya. He is in active addictions recovery for 20 years. Currently based at the coast , he works with the Eden House Group as a Treatment coordinator for the Eden treatment facilities at the coast.

Caroline Kagia is a certified Addictions Therapist, International Speaker, Wellness and Recovery Coach. She is also the founder of Caroline Kagia Wellness Initiate - an initiative birthed out of her struggle with alcoholism for 20 years.
