There are many different ways that we've heard to get started, but after talking with our guest, we think he chose a great path. In our second episode, we sit down with Marine Corps Veterans, and owner of Avery Irrigation, Richard Avery. We discussed many topics that included; having your child in the Marines, Richard's previous line of work, his past life experiences, why irrigation is important, and how you can get into irrigation as well.    We thought that a very important topic was discussed in the filming of this and that was about how mental health comes into effect while working. Many things happen while you're in the elements and the sun, and many chemicals are released and adsorbed through different processes.
