This is the Embrace Failure, Welcome Success podcast. I'm your host, Marissa Labadura. I'm a 40 something mom of a five and three year old and an inspiring actor and comedian. This podcast is about failure and taking the shame and stigma out of failure so that we are no longer sitting on the sidelines, but actually going for it and living life. This podcast will also be about success because I believe the two go hand in hand. I started this podcast because I've let the fear of failure hold me back for too long. And since failure is something we all experience, and since failure is part of success and not the opposite of success, I wanted to help bring failure out of the shadows. I'll be facing my own fears of getting on stage, and will be documenting my failures and successes along the way. I hope you will feel some connection, have some laughs, and feel a little less afraid about getting out there and taking chances, not only for yourself, but also for the world and others. There will be a new episode out once a week, and I hope you will join me on this journey.
