Season 2 · Episode 1. The How phase opens. For most of the history of running organizations, the person at the top of the table was supposed to be the person who knew the most. You set the direction, you held the plan, you made the call, and the organization moved on your confidence, because that confidence was an honest signal that you knew more than anyone around you. In a modern knowledge organization that has quietly flipped. The people below you hold more of the decision-relevant information than you do, and projecting certainty feels exactly the same from the inside whether or not the knowledge is still behind it. AI is the forcing function: once output is cheap to produce, fluency stops being evidence of judgment. This is the How-phase opener, the bridge that answers the fork The Choice left open. The industrial model reserved judgment for the top and paid everyone else for execution. As execution gets cheap, judgment has to become the working skill at every level, not hoarded in the corner office. Leadership stops being the apex and becomes three moves: gather the signal your organization already holds, place the judgment (who holds it, who decides, who owns the outcome), and route the work so judgment keeps up with the pace. Those three moves are the next three frameworks in order. Chapters: 00:00 The Changing Landscape of Leadership 02:45 The Redistribution of Knowledge 05:17 The Impact of AI on Decision-Making 09:28 Redefining Leadership Roles 12:09 Three Moves for Modern Leadership 18:26 Designing Organizational Cognition Read the essay: https://theautisticleader.ai/writing/writing-what-leading-becomes.html Subscribe: https://theautisticleader.substack.com

You've Been Vibe Leading. The Age of AI Is Where It Ends. — The Choice

Vibe coding made a century-old leadership failure suddenly visible: leading on fluency and the gut call, with the real questions never raised. This is the arc closer, on the decision every organization is already making by default, and how to make it on purpose. What Cognitive Architecture Actually Means

This opens on a stretch of autistic burnout, when the thinking went quiet even though nothing was broken. It was load the whole time. When a machine degrades we ask what changed in its conditions; when a person degrades we write a verdict. This episode defines cognitive architecture and shows how to design it. The Vatican Named the Moral Stakes. Here Is the Architecture.

A new papal encyclical on AI names a single claim: dignity is a precondition, not a reward a person's way of thinking has to earn. The UN put the same claim into international law twenty years ago, and the brain economy now measures it. A structural reading from inside autistic cognition. I Experience Cognition the Way AI Computes. That Is Not a Metaphor.

The dismissal of AI as "just pattern matching" gets the ranking backwards. From inside a cognition that has always had to reason explicitly (observe, match, infer, choose), this episode shows why that work is structurally the same as how AI computes. Not a metaphor.
