THE COMING KING

The Psalms were never merely songs, but prophetic signposts that prepared God’s people for the coming King. In week 20 of Jesus in all of Scripture pastor Kevin reminds us that just as the Psalms pointed to Christ through seasons of waiting, our own waiting seasons can become places where God reveals His purposes and helps us see Jesus more clearly.

THE GOD WHO CAN HANDLE IT

The Psalms reveal a God who welcomes honesty, teaching us that faith is not the absence of doubt, pain, or emotion, but the willingness to bring our real hearts before Him. Pastor Kevin reminds us the God of the Psalms and the Savior of the cross are not intimidated by our struggles and they invite us to stop pretending while bringing everything to Him.

THE KING OF GLORY

David spent decades waiting for God’s promise to become king, when he finally received the throne, his first priority was pursuing the presence of God. In week 18 of Jesus in all of scripture Pastor Kevin points us to Jesus, the true King of Glory.

OUR SUFFERING AND SYMPATHETIC REDEEMER

Job teaches that faithful people can suffer without understanding why. In week 17 of Jesus in all of Scripture Pastor Kevin reminds us that God remains good, present, and at work even when His purposes seem hidden. Jesus Christ, entered our suffering so we can trust God even when life does not make sense

UNSEEN, BUT NOT ABSENT

Esther reveals that even when God seems silent, He is actively working to accomplish His sovereign purpose. In week 16 of Jesus in all of Scripture, Pastor Kevin reminds us that ultimately, Esther points to Jesus, the greater Savior, who gave His life to rescue His people and assures us that even when God is unseen, He is never absent.
