I’m talking about my experience living with anxiety — how something that used to feel normal slowly turned into fear, and how anxiety started controlling parts of my life I didn’t even realize it touched. I share some of the moments that changed me, the routines anxiety created, and how exhausting it can feel to live inside your own head sometimes.
