hi guys! <3 its been a while but its a new year, so i thought i’d share some things that ill be either prioritizing or leaving behind. a new year marks a fresh start for some of us, but the issues from the year before don’t really disappear.. everything goes on to the next w us, unless we take action and solve the issues. in this episode i mention how i didn’t really feel like celebrating too much because of how the world is right now, but we must give thanks & feel grateful that you are surrounded by your loved ones. another year is down.. a lot more to go.. and although life is short, we got a lot of time during the day and throughout the year to try to accomplish most of the things we wish to accomplish. even if it’s just doing one thing from your list, at least you did that. be grateful that you could do that, focus on the good instead of the bad. thank your body for allowing you to take action to do that. i hope you guys enjoy todays episode!! have an amazing week<3
