feeling inspired again!

i was craving to talk to you on here, so i recorded a new episode featuring the current foster kitten; hence the sudden change in my voice (i don't know how to talk to animals with my normal human voice). anyways, i feel like there's a lot on my mind and i will do my best to get it out through journaling/this podcast or songwriting. in this episode i just wanted to amplify how important it is to voice out what weighs us down, sometimes even if it's a tiny thing, somehow putting it into words takes some of the weight off *says the girl who started a podcast to blab out her thoughts :) no, really, blabbing helps!

Time doesn’t need saving

“rushing to work” “rushing to meet a friend” “rushing here rushing there” When did “rushing” become the norm? And why do we do it for things that don’t require rushing? Are we growing impatient or is time going quickly or am I just too much in my head?
