TIMELESS Ep 9 - Quantum Thinking + The Way Forward

What is quantum thinking, and how do we begin to live by it? The closing episode of TIMELESS Series 1 brings the whole series together. Finally, we explore the concept of ‘quantum thinking’, essentially exercising a freedom to understand ourselves and our universe well beyond the limitations of linearity, existing beliefs and I bias.  We can learn to explore human potential through stepping out of the boxes we have created for ourselves and learn to explore our minds as potential gateways to a more inspiring and sustainable future.

TIMELESS Ep 8 - Organisations

What does quantum thinking mean for leadership and organisations? Episode 8 of TIMELESS challenges the limits of linear management. Returning to the everyday world of organisational life, we challenge the limitations of linear thinking and the preoccupation with the observable and measurable. Instead, we look at the case for understanding subjective motivational factors as the true drivers of human performance and productivity and explore what this means for the type of leaders we need now and in the future.  We examine the idea of a ‘quantum organisation’ which is genuinely people centric and understands the potential of energetic connection and flow.  We look at the emergence of divergent minds and argue that they are here to stay and should be embraced as an opportunity for tapping into wider human talent.

TIMELESS Ep 7 - Subjectivity + The Human Experience

What is subjectivity, and is the self real? Episode 7 of TIMELESS returns to the human experience and the six levels of consciousness. Here we return to the human experience and specifically to the challenges of achieving a scientific understanding of subjectivity. We explore a model depicting 6 levels of human consciousness and return to the story of the ‘self ‘: is it real and what is its role within the evolutionary context? We challenge the human instinct to be ‘right’ or’ wrong’ and advocate instead the search for shared understanding.

TIMELESS Ep 6 - Spirituality

Where do science and spirituality converge? Episode 6 of TIMELESS explores the human need for meaning through a quantum lens. For this episode we take a broader look across science, spirituality and religion and examine areas of emerging convergence. Why does the human species appear to have the need to believe in ‘something bigger’?  We examine some of the science behind this and speculate further on the role of the intelligent universe. We also play with the concept of serendipity, asking, "is it a sign of something deeper?"

TIMELESS Ep 5 - Consciousness Part 2

Continuing the consciousness conversation, Episode 5 of TIMELESS examines the quantum and post-materialist perspectives on the human mind. In this episode (across 2 parts) we will explain why Consciousness is a subject of great interest across the multidisciplinary spectrum, Including Philosophy, Psychology, Physics and Neuroscience. This will entail examining the limitations of our sensory perceptions and asking instead if they are really sensory deceptions. We will start a closer examination of the concept of an intelligent universe.
