Magnesium is one of the largest unaddressed constraints on human performance, and almost nobody is measuring it correctly. In this episode, Vitality Blueprint Chief Innovation Officer Dan Garner dismantles the single most misleading marker in standard blood work: serum magnesium. Your lab says your magnesium is normal, and it almost certainly is not.
