Hi, I’m Michelle, health and fitness coach by day, chauffeur and snack dealer to my three kids by night. If you’re a woman over 35 wondering why your body suddenly feels different,  you’re not alone. Maybe you know how to lose weight, but nothing seems to work anymore. You “eat good” all day, then lose it at night. You crave sweets constantly, feel exhausted, gain weight around your midsection, and wonder why the same things that worked in your 20s and 30s suddenly stopped working. You start over every Monday, live by food rules, and let the scale decide your mood. You avoid photos, wear the same “good enough” outfit, and feel frustrated because you’re trying so hard but still don’t feel at home in your body. If that’s you, I see you. You’re not lazy.
