Not feeling good enough about your body is a prevalent feeling amongst so many people, and with the rise of filters and social media, having body insecurities are just getting worse. You're not alone though. Join my doctor of physical therapist friend, Marie, and I, as we talk about tips to overcome body dysmorphia.
