The Identity Shift: Past to Empowered

So many of us carry trauma in our bodies without even realizing it. We repeat the same cycles, attract the same relationships, and feel stuck in the same patterns—not because we’re broken, but because our nervous systems are still trying to protect us from things that already happened. You cannot step into your future if you’re still arguing for your limitations. You cannot attract healthy love if you’re still carrying the belief that love is unsafe. You cannot rise if your nervous system is still bracing for impact.
