Why Can't I Meditate?
We’re often taught that if something feels uncomfortable, we should fix it as quickly as possible. A difficult emotion, a stressful situation, even a restless meditation can quickly become another problem to solve. In this episode, I share one of the most meaningful lessons meditation has taught me over the years: sometimes the first step isn’t fixing the moment—it’s simply meeting it with awareness. Together, we’ll explore the difference between awareness and urgency, followed by a short guided meditation to help you practice allowing this moment to be just as it is.
