As well as the resources that were available at the beginning of his journey.

Eric McClain, a Case Manager/Behavior Support Professional with SW Resources discusses how he has overcame his disability to find a vocation that allows him to help others with disability diagnoses obtain vocational training and ultimately job placement.   Also, a feature on WV Jobs and Hope discussing their new employee reimbursement program that allows organizations that hire their participants the ability to be reimbursed up to 1040 hours (excluding vacation/sick time, benefits, etc) or up to $25,000.00 per participant hired.
