Choose Joy Over Perfection

The secret is that choosing joy allows us to meet and exceed all expectations. It gives us the head space to create our own version of perfection. Call to Action 1) Write down something that makes you smile/gives you joy 2) Note the ideal version of you; acknowledge how far you've come to get to this version 3) Find joy every day and live it out loud

Worth the Wait

The waiting is already working in our favor, and it is going to be fabulous! Call to Action: 1) Reflect through the wait - don't just pass through it 2) Think back on your past and recall a time that if things would have worked out when you wanted them to how much you would have missed out on and notice the difference. 3) Discover your identity outside of the thing it is that you year for most.

Protect Your Energy

People and spaces need the energy only you can bring. We aren't meant to lower our frequency; we are meant to bring our own vibrancy. Call to Action: 1) Pay attention to your physical reactions to spaces and people. 2) Put boundaries into place 3) Describe y our unique energy and hold it close

Dream Again

Only you have the power to invest in yourself and take the step to dream .You owe it to yourself to make it happen. This season doesn't define you. How fiercely you rise from it will. Call to Action 1) Give yourself space to understand where you are currently at and why you feel the way you do in this moment; 2) Align your fire - remind yourself of what lights you up inside and make time to do something that really allows you to feel it again 3) Write down what your wildest dream looks like. Move that wildest dream into something realistic in this moment and share what that looks like with someone so you can take a step toward it. Be outrageous. Don't sell yourself short. 4) Make note of the difference in how you feel when you choose to dream again versus when you stay stuck sitting in the unknown and chaos. Which feels better? Which do you want more of?
