How I learn to live life in the present and how I deal with those situations. The feeling of being worried about the future is valid and inevitable, but I want to remind you that you're not alone. We lose focus, we stumble and even fall, but I hope, no matter how bumpy the road is, how blurry the future can get and how scary it is to continue, we may still choose to fight this good fight.
