Here's What Happened

(Correction: 2020, not 2019). We're so back. This is an episode about what went down in my life over the past few years. Just a heads up, it's heavy stuff, and I want to throw out a content warning because we're diving into the loss of my mom to pancreatic cancer. I'm sharing why I took a long hiatus. It's been a lot – dealing with grief, confronting my own mind, and facing some tough moments with poor coping mechanisms. But in the midst of all that, something shifted spiritually. We'll get into how I had to reevaluate everything, especially after losing my mom. It's messy, it's real, it's her story and it's my story. Let's dive into some real talk about spirituality, grief, and navigating the shadows.
