You'll: * Work in one defined area at a time * Set a timer (2–3 hours) * Follow a simple system to sort everything quickly Then come back and repeat the same process for the next zone. If you hesitate—it goes. For every item: 1. Pick it up 2. Decide immediately: * Trash * Donate * Belongs elsewhere * Task List 3. Write the destination on a post-it 4. Place the item in its pile 5. Move on You're not just sorting. You're pre-deciding where everything goes: * "Goodwill" vs. just "donate" * "Mom" vs. "give away" * "Kitchen" vs. "put away" This makes the next phase (removal) fast and frictionless.
