It would be safe to say that if one procrastinates, then it does have a lingering effect on your mindset. At the lower end of the scale, I would even surmise that it could disrupt one's life. Something as small as organizing one's closet or cleaning out the pantry. .do not hesitate. I find myself doing this a lot as well. I think it may be pretty common! Saying, "NO" restricts your growth, your movement forward in life and it probably postpones your HAPPINESS! Take a vow to say, "YES" more often in the coming days. I bet you'll immediately expand your horizons, feel better & may even discover a life-changing moment out there, too! Try it today when you're out at the grocery store. Compliment someone. When you do, their self-esteen rises dramatically and in turn, you feel like you have had a positive impact on the life of a total stranger. Make it a point RIGHT THIS MOMENT to be happy NOW. Pick a distinct time, perhaps two hours from now, and work on being happy by that point in your day! That's YOUR deadline! Do you wish your life away? "When I get that new job, WOW, I am going to be so happy!" "When I meet that special person, I AM GOING TO BE SO HAPPY!" Do you see a pattern developing here? We've all been there. Things are not syncing like you thought they were supposed to. Everything bad is happening to you. You can't catch a break. There are better times ahead. The light is shining brightly at the end of the tunnel. You may need a push in the right direction, but it's there waiting for you. And you WILL be there soon. .
