You guys, I had a GREAT interview with Dr. Shannon O'Grady of Gnarly Nutrition [https://gognarly.com/] and asked her all about what I need to know to fuel myself for marathon training. She gave me the rundown on everything from macronutrients to electrolytes, and she even gave me some advice on what I need to do when I'm undertaking an all-day ultra.
