I’ll close out the Triangle of Transformation, a framework that’s been guiding me. It’s about committing to your values, embodying daily practices, composting the messy experiences, and weaving all of it into your life in a meaningful way. I’m opening up about my own experiences with burnout—how it cracked me open to better understand myself and my needs. Your host and Earth Mother, Sylvia, posits that we are absolutely capable of disrupting and divesting from the current systems of burn out at the individual, relationship, community and societal levels, while investing in systems of sustainability, creativity, and life.
