We loved this episode so much we've decided to re-share it. We speak with the amazing meditation and mindfulness teacher Meg James. Meg was first introduced to meditation when she was four and has now dedicated her life to helping others harness the practice and improve their own lives. It was a delight to speak with Meg this week about how to easily start meditating, common misconceptions and meditation for children. We're back again with a 'BEST OF' episode. This week, we are re-sharing our first chat with Dr Amy Gajjar about Integrative medicine. The practice of integrative medicine is a core belief of ours and we think it's a very important element of health. By having conventional and complementary medicine work together, we get the best of both worlds.

Our most popular episode ever! We're sharing our 'best of' episodes and couldn't go past this absolute amazing chat with Brad Leech. In this throwback episode, we chat with Brad Leech, all about Ayurveda and an integrative and personal approach to medicine and treating chronic illnesses. Brad became one of Australia's youngest Ayurvedic practitioners at 16 - which blew us away - and during the interview shared with us insights into Ayurvedic practices and philosophies.Brad is a Clinical Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Herbalist and PhD Candidate at the Australian Research Centre in Complementary and Integrative Medicine. Brad is a current Lecturer and Clinic Supervisor in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine at the Endeavour College of Natural Health while also holding the position of Subject Coordinator (Nutrition and Healthy Eating) at the University of Technology Sydney.
