Growing up, Dionne always wanted to have her own business and she spent many years trying to figure out what was the one thing that she was not only good at but super passionate about. She tried selling makeup, event planning and even started my own babysitting service.   After becoming a mom in 2018, the hardest thing she had to do was go back to work and place her son in daycare. Dionne felt cheated as if she should not have to choose and that she should be able to have the life she wanted on her own terms. She decided it was time that she created her own options and began toying around with several ideas but nothing seemed like the right fit.   Dionne had all but given up on starting her own business when she was asked to host a vision board party for a small group of people who wanted to start businesses. It was a big success, highly impactful, and it was not before long her entrepreneurial fire was rekindled. She decided that she wanted to help women, specifically moms to achieve their goals because we put our entire lives on hold to further our education, pursue our careers, and build our family life.   This led to the successful launch of her Business Coaching and Mentorship program in August 2020 as well as her own Entrepreneurial Talkshow which highlights the success stories of Mompreneurs. She still has her day job in addition to her coaching and mentorship business. She is currently the co-owner of an event planning company, an online baby boutique, an administrative writing service, and a co-pastor in her husband's ministry.
