We know Joseph didn't conceive Jesus. One of these reasons is because if he did, Jesus would have inherited Joseph's sin nature. However, Mary was a sinner. Why didn't Jesus inherit her sin?

We're often told that God forgets our sin and we're to do likewise. If that is the case, how do we use sound judgement for some of our decision making? For example, I can forgive someone for robbing my house, but I probably won't ask them to housesit for me. Is that sound?
