Last week a woman was brutally raped on the SEPTA Market and Frankford Line EL Train.. passengers watched and filmed the attack and never called the police or tried to stop it..No Septa Police presence at all..Septa’s is responsible for the safety of the passengers. What a epic fail on Septa!!
