Most of the people are not happy with what they have. The people have different definitions to define their happiness. One may be happy with what they have, In my opinion the people who lives on footpath, roads are more happy than who lives at best place, have good clothes, food, equipments. What is the reason behind it? The people who are belong to middle class family they are just less happy with their life. The most important thing is that are we satisfying with our life that what we are doing? Satisfaction is more important If we are not satisfy with what we are doing, Nothing can't make our life fulfilling and happier. We must be satisfied to what we are doing? A 16 year old girl marriage (insisted,forced, pressurised)

Most of time, we just heard about the child marriage and some marriages are also forced, whether it is the child marriage or young marriage, If a marriage are done by forced than It is illegal in the eyes of law. My depressed story which is just craving my mind from inside. What thought processing is coming in my mind for what thinking I've been since half an year. This is something which is just changing my life or messing my life. But, for some reason it is good to how's the life and for some reason it is not good . Most of the time we mess up things with what is happening in our life. We react more on the things which we should not many often. This just waste my life. We know that life is so complicated and complex. But, not for everyone it depends on the people how they define their life and in some cases we get depressed a lot to just think about the other stuff which are not related anymore with our lives and we end up doing nothing in our life. Thought processing of our mind (two way to control on your thoughts)

Hello everyone 🙂. In this podcast, I shared about how our mind think and thought processing of our mind how we can control over it. How it profoundly affects our life? How bad and positive thinking leads our life? If there is a situation and for example we are 4 in a family so everyone look towards the situation with different thought, if one say- oh my god! how to tackle with this, some other say that it is normal and some other say that just chill dude. So, have you seen the situation is same but the perspective and the thought process is different. It is only our thinking that make things write or wrong. We think every time while we are eating, swimming, dancing , talking and even then in sleeping and some may be say that are we crazy but not at all, it is normal. Since the works of our mind is just thinking so it is working . A study shown that we have over 50,000 thoughts everyday and we can't control over it but when we do some kind of meditation and prayers it reduce our thought at that time there can be less thought 'cause we are try to focus on one thing whether it can be anything like breathe, finger, brain and sunlight and so on. So, at that time we have less thought and it gives us inner piece, patience and much much more and we feel fresh. So it is our thinking that can be wrong or wright as well and only we can change this, nobody can change our inside thoughts of our mind.
